What are the differences between fondant and wafer toppers?
Can I get a refund?
Due to the fact that orders are personalized and have expiry dates we cannot offer refunds.
I live outside of North America, how much is shipping?
Please message us for international orders, and we will invoice you for the difference.
Can I use whipped cream under my edible image?
Because of the high moisture in whipped cream, it's NOT recommended for the fondant toppers. Stand-up wafer sheets are better suited when using whipped cream.
How long in advance should I place my order?
Whether an order is being picked up personally, or being shipped to you, we recommend you arrange to have your order in hand at least a week before needed. Our equipment (along with mailing times) is known to be unreliable, and we would never want this to affect your special day! We do accommodate rush orders, but cannot guarantee, and there may be a 'rush order' fee along with that.
How is my item(s) being shipped?
To keep your costs down, we ship via Canada Post, using standard shipping. We can also upgrade to express (for an additional charge) when needed!
What if my frosting sheet hasn't melted yet?
First check if the clear plastic backing has been removed from the sheet (Frosting/fondant sheets only). If using a mainly shortening recipe, spray or brush some water or milk underneath the image before placing (being sure to evenly brush entire area) WITHOUT LETTING MOISTURE TOUCH THE TOP OF THE IMAGE (any moisture on the top may smear the image).
Another great way to speed up melting is to place the dessert into a sealed container - be sure not to cover with plastic wrap (or anything touching the image), as wrap will pull away melted image - and leave at room temperature (cold air will slow melting times).

How do I store my edible images?
Edible images need to be kept in their sealed bag, at room temperature. Also it's best to leave them in the envelope they were mailed in and kept flat.

How are you able to use copyrighted character images?
We do not charge for the copyright images, only for the materials and time used. We have also written for permission to many major copyright holders and are waiting to hear back!
PLEASE NOTE - We are selling the fondant/wafer sheets and the time it takes us to process an order. We are only changing the pictures as a favor to our customers. We DO NOT SELL the characters or images, nor do we claim any of the ownership or licensing over them. We also personalize each order, so therefore, they are for personal use only and NOT for resale! How are custom prices determined?
Custom pricing will apply to orders that are needing more than average editing time - and will always be mentioned to you before any charges are incurred.
How long until I receive my order?
Once an order is approved and paid for, I try my best to have it out within 2 mailing days. After that it's standard mailing times through Canada Post (from Harrison Hot Springs BC, Canada). In the odd case it may take a little longer, but I strive to maintain great customer service and happy customers!
Please note that with larger than normal orders, extra time may be needed to process and ship. Thank you!

Do all colors print well on edible sheets?
Some grey tones (mostly black and white photos) may turn a slightly greenish tint. Also, not all reds come out as true with the edible inks.
