Can I get a refund?
Due to the fact that orders are personalized and have expiry dates I cannot offer refunds.

How long in advance should I place my order?
Whether an order is being picked up personally, or being shipped to you, I'd recommend having your order in hand at least a week before needed. The edible image equipment (along with mailing times) is known to be unreliable, and I would never want this to affect your special day! It's sometimes possible to accommodate rush orders, but cannot guarantee, and there may be a 'rush order' fee along with that.
How is my item(s) being shipped?
To keep your costs down, most orders are shipped via Canada Post, using standard shipping. Upgrading to express is also possible (for an additional charge) when needed!
What if my frosting sheet hasn't melted yet?
First check if the clear plastic backing has been removed from the sheet (frosting sheets ONLY). After that, the best way to speed up the softening process, is to place your decorated treat/s within a sealed container (being sure the container isn't touching the image, or allowing any moisture to drip on it) at room temperature. A warm room helps to speed up the process, as well as the moisture content it is being placed onto!
How do I store my edible images?
Edible images need to be kept in their sealed bag, at room temperature. Also it's best to leave them in the envelope they were mailed in and kept flat.

How long are edible images good for?
Frosting Sheets: For maximum freshness we recommend using your frosting image within 3 months, although they are good up to a year. After 3 months they slowly begin to dry and become harder to work with. Colors may also fade.
Wafer Sheets: Wafer Sheets are good up to one year, also recommended within 3 months for maximum freshness!

Frosting Sheets: The frosting sheets are made from fondant that is specially blended and pressed into sheets and are FDA compliant.
Wafer Sheets: The wafer sheets are made from potato starch, vegetable oil and water, and are certified KOSHER and FDA compliant.
Edible Ink: The edible inks we use are the best quality food coloring, and are FDA compliant.

How are you able to use copyrighted character images?
I do not charge for the copyright images, only for the materials and time used.

How are custom prices determined?
Custom pricing will apply to orders that are needing more than average editing time - and will always be mentioned to you before any charges are incurred.
How long until I receive my order?
Once an order is approved and paid for, I try my best to have it out within 2 mailing days. After that it's standard mailing times through Canada Post (from Harrison Hot Springs BC, Canada). In the odd case it may take a little longer, but I strive to maintain great customer service and happy customers!

Do all colors print well on edible sheets?
I try matching colors to the best of my ability, but the edible inks don't always print as true to color as regular ink! Grey tones, and red are the toughest to print true - if concerned about the color tone please contact me before ordering, and I'll forward some more detailed examples!!
